It may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise conveyed to any other party unless express written approval is provided by an officer of Financial Media Group, LLC. Use of phone numbers provided by this site for telemarketing purposes is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to comply with all state and federal laws regarding telemarketing. By establishing an account you stipulate that you have read and understand the terms of this agreement and agree to abide by all terms herein. You further agree to hold Financial Media Group, LLC, its owners, officers, and employees harmless from any and all claims that may arise through use of our lists, the broadcast of information, including but not limited to any special, indirect, punitive, or consequential or incidental damages, or for the loss of any profits, revenue or data, whether brought in contract, tort, or otherwise, as a result of doing business with Financial Media Group, LLC.
