Q: How do I select multiple states when building a list?

A: Selecting multiple states requires that you select each state separately. In other words under “Build List”, you would select “By State”, select your first state, and then go back to “By State”, and select the second state…

 

Q : I’m looking to select a single zip code. The screen asks for a “beginning” zip code and a “through” or ending zip code?

A: To select a single zip code your “beginning” and “through” zip code will contain the same value.

 

Q: I made a mistake when building my list and added something I didn’t want. Do I have to start all over?

A: No. “Clearing” your list and starting over is one way to fix your error, but the easiest way is to click on “Refine list” and remove the item you mistakenly added.

 

Q: I’m looking for agents who hold multiple licenses. How do I do that?

A: The process for selecting agents with multiple licenses is the same as selecting multiple states. Click on “Build List”, choose the geographical select: By state, zip, county… Once selected, you will see the “license type“ selection and you can choose your first choice. Repeat the process to select your second choice, and so on.

 

Q: I viewed my list, and noticed some of the records do not have phones?

A: Our database is about 75% coded with phone numbers. Those records without phones, were records where this information was either not available or where we could not validate the phone number. To view only those records with phones, go to “Refine List” and select the “Delete No Phone” option. This will delete those records without phones.

 

Q: Will the system remember counts that I’ve run so that I can go back to them at a later time?

A: The system will always store the current count or list that you are working on, even if you log off. By logging in the system will automatically return you to where you last left off. The system does not remember how prior lists were constructed. If you want to remember how your list was contructed, print the steps shown on either the Build List or Refine List pages and repeat your steps to rebuild the list.

 

Q: I need to download a list but I’m short on credits? How do I add more?

A: Click on “My Account” under “User” and you will see options for adding more credits. When you setup an account you are required to enter a credit card for payment processing. This card will be charged for any additional credits you purchase. Once purchased, those credits are available for immediate use.

 

Q: I’m ready to download a list, but I want to make sure I’m not downloading records I’ve previously downloaded. Can the system do that?

A: On the “Export List” page you will see a check box that asks if you want to suppress your current list from previously downloaded lists. Check this box.

 

Q: I noticed that some records have a red star next to the phone number. Are these records flagged as “Do not call”?

A: Yes. We match our database quarterly to the DNC (National Do Not Call) list, and provide you these flags. In most cases a business to business call is exempt form the DNC rules, To see if your calls are exempt from the DNC rules click here to read the full ruling.
